How can I use the QR code?

If I enter a QR code for a specific service, will it show me all the services for the specialty?

When you enter the qr code, one service will appear for you from the specialty. If you want to know the rest of the services with the provider, from the main interface of the providers, click on the filter (A3malkom services) to search for providers and the rest of the services will appear to you.

How can I create an appointment on a service?

First, we search for a suitable service for us, and then through the plus button we reach the add appointment page

Can I book a service in another country?

Yes, you can if the service is available online.

Can I book an appointment only from the website without using the application?

Can I change the appointment I have already booked?

Can I login from the website only without downloading the app?

Can I change my specialist after creating the account and adding services?

Can I book a service and I have a service in the account?

Yes, you can through the side menu, click on Request an appointment from others

How can I delete a service?

Through the edit button for a service and make it inactive, then it will not appear to others and they cannot book other appointments for this service

What is period available before booking?

Each service has a period available for reservation before it, for example, if its value is 3 here, an appointment for this service can be requested three days before the appointment or less

How can I receive appointments?

By creating your own account, adding at least one service, specifying the days available for reservation, and specifying the activation of the service

How can I accept or reject an appointment?

From the under processing appointments page, there are buttons for acceptance and rejection (they will be available only if the service to be accepted is manual)
